On the morning of October 6th, Shandong Molong held a work summary for the first three quarters and a mobilization meeting for the fourth quarter, summarizing the achievements of previous work, coordinating and arranging the tasks for the next stage of work, mobilizing all cadres and employees to unify their thinking, boost confidence, and ensure the successful completion of the annual target tasks.

      The meeting was chaired by Comrade Bao Mogang, the assistant to the general manager, and Comrade Han Gaogui, the chairman and general manager, gave a summary and speech. More than 460 management personnel from the company, including production, technology, quality management, and marketing, attended the meeting.

      At the meeting, each responsible comrade of the company reported their key work and next steps in areas such as cost reduction and efficiency improvement, market expansion, financial management, and material procurement. Chairman Han Gaogui, based on the actual situation of the company, made a comprehensive summary of the progress of work since the beginning of this year, pointed out the existing problems, and made detailed arrangements for the next key work such as production and operation, cost reduction and efficiency improvement. We have reorganized and arranged 19 key tasks, including overseas strategy, school enterprise cooperation, domestic trade, and equipment updates.

      At the same time, Chairman Han Gaogui requested that the entire company should have firm confidence, full enthusiasm, and speed up efforts to anchor the comprehensive completion of annual goals and tasks, with a focus on the following five points: first, all cadres and employees should enhance their overall awareness, achieve internal communication within the company, form a joint force, and improve work efficiency; Secondly, we need to enhance our sense of responsibility, establish ourselves in our positions, take responsibility for our duties, and work hard to the end; Thirdly, we need to change our thinking patterns, innovate our work methods, promote those who are capable to those who are mediocre, and fully mobilize our enthusiasm for work and entrepreneurship; Fourth, we must continue to reduce various production costs, lower the cost of bulk materials, and reduce various expenses; We must adhere to bottom line thinking, be honest and serve the public, and actively establish a new image of Shandong Molong.

      Finally, it is emphasized that we must continue to work closely around the formulated annual task goals.
